Talenticore was born from a simple observation: hiring is broken… for both sides.
We saw friends and family members struggle to find jobs, sending out countless applications and rarely hearing back. And when they did get hired, they risked ending up in roles that didn’t fit their skills or personalities. This left them with a bad taste, and impacted their view of the company they worked for. At the same time, as business owners ourselves, we faced the same frustration from the other side: spending valuable time and resources trying to find the right people for our teams, often with mixed results.
That’s why we created Talenticore: to make hiring easier and more efficient for companies, and more human for jobseekers.
Our platform combines psychometric testing with CV data to give small and growing businesses the same smart hiring capabilities that large companies use, without the complexity or cost. By understanding both the skills and the personality behind every candidate, we help businesses find people who truly fit their roles and culture.
